Also for the behaviour and well-being of all the persons attending the let, whatever the capacity. The management would ask that a register, including contact telephone number, be drawn up at the beginning of the hire for Health & Safety purposes. The hirer should also ensure that the car-parking facilities are also used sensibly so as to avoid obstruction of the high-way or impede the emergency services.

4. The Hirer shall not sub-let or use the premises for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose or in any unlawful or unauthorised way nor do anything to bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same or render either in whole or in part the insurance policies covering said premises or persons using them.

6. The Hirer shall indemnify the Management Committee for the cost of repair of any damage done to any part of the property including the curtilage thereof or the contents or the building during or as a result of the hire.

7. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event and the Management Committee is unable to conclude a replacement booking, the question of the payment or the repayment of the fee shall be at the discretion of the Management Committee. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.

8. At the end of the Hire, the Hirer shall be responsible for the leaving of the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition and any contents temporarily removed from their usual position properly replaced (this includes all balloons, streamers and posters) otherwise the Management Committee shall be at liberty to make an additional charge. The Centre will provide black bags for rubbish disposal and the use of vacuum cleaner.

9. Please note that the time for cleaning shall be deemed to be considered part of the period of hire.
